At Duncan Dental we take very seriously and pride ourselves on our infection control and sterilisation procedures. All our staff have been audited and trained by Prime Practice (Independent Auditors) to ensure that we fully comply with the current standards in infection control.
We annually fund external auditing and training of all staff to reinforce and ensure that our infection control remains of the highest standard. The safety of our patients and staff is paramount.
Following authorisation from the Dental Health Board, we provided a daily emergency dental service during Level 4 and Level 3 of Covid 19.
Just want to say a big thank you to Dr April Hyland for my dental appointment at Duncan Dental Tauranga yesterday. At all times when I visit a dentist, I have a complete fear and anxiety from dental experiences I had in my childhood. Dr Hyland made my visit a nice painless and friendly experience, and her mannerisms were amazing. I felt happy when I left and now have confidence for any future visits.
